Empire Psychiatry & Medicine (Empire P&M), formerly known as Webster Psychiatry & Medicine (WP&M), was founded in 2007 by Dr. Sahar Elezabi. We specialize in treating the mental health concerns of adults through a wholistic approach to medicine. Our mission is to provide integrated and patient-centered medical care.
